Now Plaintiff eventually filed an amended complaint. Notably, in the amended complaint he effectively drops himself from this lawsuit. The original complaint was filed by Eliezer Tabib personally. Eliezer Tabib was the one that filed the motion to compel. When he amended the complaint, he claims to now by filing the complaint on behalf of Bha-Ku, acting only as Bha-Ku’s personal representative.
